Welcome to Hair & Beauty by Solo. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Appointments

We recommend booking appointments in advance to avoid disappointment. While we will always try to accommodate walk-ins, this cannot be guaranteed.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced service time or rescheduling.

Cancellations & No Shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

Failure to provide sufficient notice or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future bookings.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept cash and most major debit/credit cards.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Services & Results

We will always aim to deliver the highest standard of service. However, results may vary depending on hair type, condition, and previous treatments.

If you have any concerns about your service, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address them.

Health & Allergies

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your appointment.

We may carry out patch tests for certain treatments (such as colouring or tinting). It is your responsibility to attend for a patch test where required.

Children

Children are welcome in the salon. However, they must be supervised at all times to ensure their safety.

Personal Belongings

We kindly ask that you take care of your personal belongings. Hair & Beauty by Solo cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage.

Home Visits

For home visit services, access, parking, and a suitable working space must be provided. Additional charges may apply depending on location.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers (if applicable) are non-refundable and must be used within the specified validity period.
